20 Ridge Law works with our clients to help them better understand the applicability of the state and federal privacy laws in the U.S, as well as the privacy laws in other countries, to their businesses.  We provide clients with guidance on General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA"), Consumer Online Privacy Rights Act (“COPRA”), Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, ("COPPA") and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA").  We also work with clients in drafting privacy policies, acceptable use policies, and terms of service.

20 Ridge Law works with clients to develop and implement data privacy and security policies, training, and compliance programs. We work with clients to build privacy into their core business functions, helping them differentiate themselves in their respective industries by developing strategies, and internal and external messaging around data privacy and security.

20 Ridge Law works with clients in the procurement of technology products and services.  We provide clients with guidance on their RFI and RFPs, vendor risk management policies and processes, vendor forms, and security questionnaires.
